Special Specials (Atlanta Happy Hour Guide)

I am from The Sunshine State where almost every restaurant and bar engages in happy hour and a beautiful sunset is the highlight of the day. When I moved to Georgia back in 2001, I remember asking what the happy hour specials were, the bartender answered "Georgia doesn't do happy hour". I kept thinking how unfortunate that is for Atlanta.

So . . I came up with a list of my own "happy hour" weekly specials that are inside the perimeter.
